Never ordered from here. Always went in and ate on Subway's side. The personal cheese pizza has crushed my dieting plans three times
Ordered online and was supposed to be delivered at a specific time. It's been 20 minutes past delivery time and when I called and asked about it they said that it's left the store. I then asked when did it leave and they said right then. I'm waiting on this pizza and if it's cold when it arrives I'm gonna be livid. More to follow with an update when the pizza actually arrives...
If you like terrible food and even more terrible service, this is the perfect place! I was quoted a 1 hour and 5 minute delivery time wait, and when the delivery driver rang my door bell, not just once, but twice when I have a sleeping baby in back, she has the audacity to say "For future reference, have your porch light on next time." Excuse me? You're 30 minutes early. She crushed one of my boxes, so that was delightful. For future reference, do your job correctly and maybe I'll turn my light on for you. Anyway, the pizza was terrible and they messed up my breadsticks order. Such a disgrace toward Fort Campbell. The Domino's on post is a MUCH better alternative than Pizza Hut.
Absolute worst place for delivery in town. If you are going to tell someone a time at least be kinda accurate. I'd rather hear it will be an hour and a half and be pleasantly surprised rather than hear 45 minutes and not hear anything after 1.5 hours. When I called the store they offered me little to no help. I always wondered why my family refused to use pizza hut growing up and now I know why. And I promise to continue the tradition as well as sway anyone I know on base from using them
