The maintenance staff are absolutely amazing! From Ms. Robin who answers your calls all the way down to the individual maintenance person, they get the unit fixed up as fast and as efficiently as they can. Jimmy, Nelson, Kacey, Mr. Hahner - they are all caring and compassionate individuals and I am so thankful that they are part of my community maintenance team!
I live in summer park. It has been one of the most pleasant experiences while living on post. The community center management and staff are awesome! I'm overwhelmed with how great service I've received from Lacey, Misty, and Mike. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience. I'd recommend this community to anyone wanting to live on post.
The receptions at Werner Park housing office is rude and unprofessional to say the least. While speaking on the phone she says, and I quote, "I'm trying to be nice to you". Walk in to the office and she has a hair straightener laying on her desk, expects us not to be upset regarding the issue, and then proceeds with snarky remarks to me and my husband. I will NEVER recommend anybody to live here due to the terrible customer service at the office.
Now the downside. I have called several times to get my trees trimmed, and figure out the process to do so. My trees still need trimming.
Have only been here 2 months. They can't seem to get the allotment set up right and then call us with an attitude because we are upset about the issue.
The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with (A. Kirchner). Answered all my questions fully and pointed me in the right direction. I would definitely recommend this place to others.
I was 50/50 on 3-4 stars. They are very polite in the office, and quick to answer any questions and help when they can. The Asst. Mgr. Brenda and her staff were really sweet to my kid as well, gave her and all the kids at the playground lollipops.
